Aromatic AK-47

Herby, spicy, aromatic

Looking for a hard-hitting daytime Sativa that packs a big bang for the bowl? AK-47’s name perfectly describes the high that hits you like a train as soon as you’ve taken a hit but the calm, euphoric feeling afterward goes against the name. This strong Sativa-dominant hybrid is pleasant and uplifting without too spacy of a head high. We found this gem made by Root Down from MJ’s Pot Shop in Pullman, Washington. It’s got an intense name and an intense come-up, but the high will leave you feeling mellow and easy.

AK-47

Root Down grew this bullet that shot into our brains with a blast of happiness as soon as we took one hit. The spicy sandalwood flavor of the smoke on inhalation is a treat that you don’t experience often. This is a great daytime weed, but it’s strong and intense so don’t go overboard (especially in the morning, when we smoked it!)

The bud crackles like a wildfire when you light it. The smoke is smooth, woody and light. While the name can cause some users to be afraid of its effects, AK-47’s punch comes from its amazingly clear and mellow head high. It’s a pretty good mix of Colombian, Afghani, Mexican and Thai which all have huge followings. We’d follow AK-47 to the ends of the Earth.

A multiple-time winner of the Cannabis Cup , AK-47 is a crowd-pleaser. It allows you to feel social and energetic yet mellow and pleased. One hit is all you need. An aromatic inhale brings the user all the wonderful effects of a Sativa-dominant strain. Uplifting and motivating, this herby and spicy pick is one of our new favorites.
