Event Heads to New York to Help the Charge for Recreational Marijuana

The 4th Annual Business Expo is the premier business event for the cannabis industry.

When: April 19th, 2017 at 7pm EST

Where: Galvanize, 315 Hudson Street in the Village

What: This month’s event is focused on safe and legal cannabis consumption. Per High NY’s industry-focused style, they will focus on the business thereof including core education around consumption in general as well as shopping guides.

Who: Speakers include: Pamela Johnston, a respected thought leader and entrepreneur at Electrum Partners where she spearheads global strategic planning, value creation initiatives, and business protection services, while also leading branding, communications and reputation for company interests, partners and investments.

Daniel Saynt, a thought leader on millennial marketing and the rise of the social influencer and serial entrepreneur and innovator who has developed award winning campaigns for many brands.

The 420 Games (Los Angeles, CA)

The 420 Games is back in 2017 to promote a healthy and happy lifestyle for all

When: 8 am – 2 pm. April 1st, 2017

Where: Los Angeles, California. The Pier North Lot 1

What: A 4.20 mile course, educational speeches, a beer tasting from Lagunitas Brewery, music and other unique athletic events. What more could you ask for? The 420 games travels to Colorado, Washington, Oregon and is stopping here in California to break the stereotype of a lazy stoners brought about during marijuana prohibition.

Who: Anyone and everyone are invited to join in on the fun. You don’t have to consume marijuana to come show your support and have a great time. The Grow Division partners with the 420 Games to put on this fantastic event. Those who register for the race will receive a medal and entrance to the 420 Village.

Croptoberfest 2016 [Event]

This year’s Croptoberfest in Yakima, Washington celebrates the past, present and future of the newest agricultural economy in Washington: the cannabis industry.

When: November 19, 2016, 10am-7pm

Where: 52 North 3rd Street, Yakima, Washington

What: The 3rd annual Croptoberfest will feature: an educational seminar on the future of the agricultural promise of cannabis, a cannabis expo and an after party. Croptoberfest plays off of the classic “Octoberfest” which celebrates beer and hops in all of its forms. Croptoberfest is a chance to come together to celebrate the new and beautiful cannabis industry.

According to Croptoberfest, “We find ourselves in a tremendously exciting time in history. Never have we seen a prohibited plant that holds so much value to today’s economy be released from the chains of the mis-education that over seventy years of propaganda have delivered our society. We launched Croptoberfest to assist in these efforts.”

Who: Adults 21+ can come to meet cannabis producers, processors, retailers and industry leaders in a variety of platforms. The educational seminar will feature many distinguished speakers such as Joe Beckerman, Principle of Hemp Ace International and longtime cannabis agriculture activist, Dr. Alan Schreiber President of Agricultural Development Group, Inc. which provides independent research and consulting services to agriculture industries, and Jedidiah Haney who founded Evergreen Industries SPC.
