California Not Chasing After Marijuana-Related DUIs

This is the first time in roughly three years that of all the bills proposed in California, none of them are targeting drivers accused of a DUI due to marijuana. Citing what many MJ advocates have already believed, the reason California won’t crack down on these drivers is because weed stays in your system for up to two weeks after smoking it. Stoned rabbits? Yep, you read that right. Utah’s latest argument against legalization is that wildlife will get a taste for the fine herb and smoke it even more than their citizens would! Utah’s “scientifically trained” DEA agents have warned lawmakers that if they pass a new law legalizing marijuana for medical purposes, that it will have a significant harm against the animal population, particularly rabbits.

After traveling to Clarkston, Washington to test out their recreational marijuana shops, we quickly found that the web listings for dispensaries were incorrect. A coffee shop stood in front of what should have been Greenfield Company, a legal pot shop.
