California’s Legal Recreational Cannabis Laws Take Effect January 1st!

Legalized Weed Now Available in California

California’s Proposition 64 takes effect January 1st, allowing for recreational cannabis to be grown, sold, and consumed throughout the state.

California joins Washington, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, Alaska, Maine, and Massachusetts in states with legal recreation cannabis. Californian’s will be able to purchase up to an ounce of dried herb, eight grams of concentrate, and grow up to six plants at one time. So light up California, you earned it!
