Traditional flower still remains the most common and preferred method of consumption around the world. Since flower is such a popular choice for its versatility, one can be left feeling a little bit lost- about what to smoke, that is. Luckily, Autumn Brands has you covered with our wide variety of high quality, artisanal kush strong enough to make the regular toker excited.
If you haven’t heard of us, we’re a Santa Barbara County cannabis cultivator known for growing the best strains in a completely pesticide-free environment. We also happen to be proud to be a 50% women-owned company and have earned a reputation in their industry for producing top notch and powerfully potent strains of cannabis.
In our greenhouses, Autumn Brands grows the ‘golden trio’ of cannabis- sativa, indica, and hybrid strains. If you’re unfamiliar with these, here’s a little break-down for you:
- Sativa- if you need to get stuff done but want to have fun doing it, sativa is the type of strain you’re looking for. A “mind high” rather than “body high,” any strain classified under the sativa umbrella should make you feel invigorated and creative, ready to brainstorm ideas on that novel you just haven’t gotten around to yet.
- Indica- the polar opposite of sativa, any strain classified as indica will deliver a full body high- perfect for insomniacs, those with anxiety, and just for those days when you just don’t want to leave your couch (In-da-couch– trust me, you’ll remember it that way).
- Hybrid- exactly like it sounds like, hybrid strains are a mixture of both sativa and indica qualities- the best type, in my humble opinion. Depending on the hybrid, it can take on a more sativa or indica quality, but overall they are the perfect mixture of the two.
The sativa strains we grow are Sour Diesel (a classic) and Banana Dawg, both great strains and available in 1-gram pre-rolls. Autumn Brands indica strains are Strawberry Kush, Purple Punch, Mendo Breath (dominant), Shark Shock (dominant), and Strawberry Banana (dominant) available in pre-roll as well. The hybrid strains grown are Rose OG and Chemdawg, both available in pre-roll. There is also Autumn OG, our own signature strain which is, as you may have guessed, available in pre-roll like the others.
Coming out this May is our cartridge line, which is exciting news for the indiscreet cannabis lover. Autumn Brands’ cartridges are 80 percent THC, and our first round of releases cover all three types of strain with one cartridge each. Available strains are indica, Purple Punch; sativa, Sour Diesel; and hybrid, ChemDawg. If you can’t decide on which one to try, my favorite is the Purple Punch!
