Autumn Edibles Recipes

Cold nights and short dark days call for baking and enjoying life with friends. With holiday vibes coming quickly, baking some infused edibles is a must! Check out the below recipes for cookies, pudding, and fun drinks.

Chocolate Orange Drop Cookies

4 1/2 cups of flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

2 sticks of infused cannabutter

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

Zest of 1 orange

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking powder. In a separate bowl,  beat together butter, sugar, orange zest and vanilla. Mix two bowls of ingredients together until blended. Mix in chocolate chips. Spoon dough into balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes.

Spiced-Apple Cookies

Fall is the best season for freshly-picked apples! Here in Washington we have plenty of delicious apples.

Ingredients:

4 apples

1 1/2 cups of brown sugar

2 1/2 cups of white flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 cup milk

1 egg

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 stick of cannabutter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dice the apples. In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, milk and egg. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Scoop small balls of dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are lightly brown.

You can also add nuts or dried fruit to these cookies to add some extra texture.

Fiery Chocolate Pudding

x4 10 mg Servings

Recipe courtesy of Coda Signature

x4 pieces, 10mg each, Coda Signature Fire & Orange chocolate bar

3 oz 70% high quality dark chocolate

4 tbsp organic unsalted butter

¼ cup granulated sugar

¼ tsp kosher salt

½ tsp high quality vanilla

½ tsp cayenne (or more if you are in a particularly fiery mood)

Zest from ½ orange

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place four 6- to 8-ounce ovenproof bowls on a rimmed baking sheet.

Place chocolates and butter in a heatproof bowl set over (not in) a saucepan of gently simmering water. Stir occasionally just until melted, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat; mix in 2 tablespoons sugar, then egg yolks and vanilla.

In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer, beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. With mixer running, gradually add remaining 2 tablespoons sugar; beat until mixture is stiff and glossy.

Using a flexible spatula, fold about a third of egg-white mixture into chocolate mixture; gently fold in remaining egg-white mixture, cayenne, and orange zest, just until combined. Divide among bowls.

Bake until tops are puffed and cracked but insides are still quite soft (a toothpick inserted in center will come out gooey), 20 to 25 minutes (or 25 to 30 minutes if refrigerated). Serve warm or at room temperature (puddings will sink as they cool), topped with ice cream, if feeling extra decadent!

Citrus CBD Lemonade

Lemonade is delicious, but tangy, fruity, this infused lemonade is even better! Try this Neon Lemonade and your mouth will pucker with delight!

Ingredients:

1 part lemon or citrus vodka

2 parts Blue Curacao

Lemonade

Juice of 1 lime

1 can citrus CBD soda by Sprig

Mix together and add ice. Squeeze in a lime. Fill the glass to the brim with lemonade and glow!

Raspberry Champagne Cocktail

Start the fall off right with the sparkling cocktail. Fresh berries give traditional champagne a tasty twist.

3 drops Bluebird Botanicals CBD oil

Champagne, Orange Juice, Raspberries

Pour champagne and orange juice over a few fresh raspberries in a champagne flute. Add CBD oil and stir.
