Snoop Dogg is making the Washington rounds again! Vela, a new cannabis store in Seattle’s SoDo area, is now open to the public! As part of the grand opening festivities, the legendary Snoop Dogg will be stopping by this Saturday, September 3rd from 11:00am to 12:00pm for a meet and greet.
